Terms and Conditions for Ordering

By placing an order with Novaura Medical & Hygiene Supplies Pty Ltd ("Novaura," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders

Orders can be placed via our website, email, or approved purchase channels. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Novaura. We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Upon acceptance of your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an offer, but acknowledgment that we have received your order.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, duties, or import/export fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer (EFT), and PayPal.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Novaura shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of medical and hygiene supplies, certain items (e.g., opened sterile products) may not be eligible for return.
