Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unopened packaging.

How to Return

1. Email orders@novaurasupplies.com.au with your order number and reason
2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) if approved
3. Return goods in secure packaging with RMA reference
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exclusions

Sterile products once opened, expired products, and custom/special-order items cannot be returned.
